Keith Aubele is a globally recognized security, shrink & and retail operations executive whose career spans two of the world’s largest and most respected companies—Walmart and The Home Depot. As Global Senior Vice President of Loss Prevention, Asset Protection & Risk at Home Depot, Keith led more than 2,500 professionals and managed a $100M+ annual budget. Under his leadership, the company achieved the lowest shrink rates in its history & delivered hundreds of millions in profitability. Personally mentored by founder Bernie Marcus and selected by the CEO as a top succession candidate, Keith’s leadership helped drive bottom-line results.
At Walmart, Keith began his journey when the company had just over 500 stores. He was handpicked by Chairman Rob Walton for the Executive Fast Track Program and was one of only three executives trusted to design the Neighborhood Market format. Directly mentored by Sam Walton himself and promoted by Mr. Sam into a special role in store operations, Keith holds a rare distinction in Walmart’s storied history.
As Founder and CEO of Nav1gate, Keith advises global retailers, manufacturers, and solution providers on C-suite strategy, solution navigation, operational excellence, and advanced shrink & security innovation, and life safety initiatives. His work helps organizations future-proof operations, enhance enterprise value, and deliver measurable bottom-line results. He has orchestrated the deployment of over $750 million in transformative solutions for the nation’s most prominent retailers.

He has chaired the ASIS Asset Protection Council, founded the ASIS Northwest Arkansas Chapter, and holds CPP and LPP certifications. Keith earned his MBA from Troy University, studied criminology at Missouri Southern, and is a graduate of the Walton School of Retail at the University of Arkansas.

He is equally skilled in project development and execution, guiding large-scale initiatives from concept through completion with precision and impact.
Respected for his ability to operate at the intersection of business, government, and global enterprise, Pablo brings a unique blend of strategic vision and practical execution. He currently serves Nav1gate as an International Business Development Executive and Board Advisor, where he leverages his global network, proven leadership, and diplomatic expertise to expand opportunities and strengthen long-term value for the organization and its partners.
Sophia Cambridge
Business Analyst
Sophia brings a dynamic blend of business insight, operational experience, and emerging technology awareness to the Nav1gate Group team. A recent graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business, she has developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, strategic planning, and organizational management.
Prior to joining Nav1gate, Sophia gained valuable experience in real estate funding, where she developed an understanding of financial processes, client engagement, and business operations. She also worked extensively within the hospitality industry, strengthening her skills in customer relations, fast-paced problem solving, and operational efficiency. In addition, Sophia has played a significant role in the management and day-to-day operations of family-owned businesses, giving her hands-on experience in leadership, accountability, and entrepreneurial decision-making.
At Nav1gate Group, Sophia is responsible for the critical identification and evaluation of emerging technologies, as well as conducting industry analysis across the retail, security, and solutions landscape. Her ability to assess trends, identify innovation opportunities, and support strategic initiatives makes her a valuable contributor to the organization’s continued growth and client success.
